For over sixty-five years, Community Presbyterian Church has been a spiritual home for the Cavalier Manor, Victory Manor, and Victory Park communities of Portsmouth, Virginia. What began in 1958 as a small congregation meeting in a worn school annex has grown into a church rooted in worship, service, and the belief that faith should shape the life of a neighborhood as much as the life of a sanctuary.
